Digi-InfantDigi-Infant is a new member of the family of Digi-websites. Their aim is to help teachers give their pupils the very best they can offer. The objective is to make this the number one community for teachers and aspiring teachers in early years education.
I Spy
These 'I-Spy' activities ask children to identify pictures that start with d, b, h, p or m. Sounds are used to indicate when children have made a correct or incorrect choice.
Letters
Activities that involve recognising letters, matching letters and selecting consonants for use at the beginning of tree letter words. Familiar Hoobs characters are a part of each game.
Rhyming
These activities involve children matching words that rhyme. The onset and rimes are presented in different colours to highlight similar letter patterns.
Sebastian Swan's Infant Explorer
This website includes online non-fiction books that describe the life of Sebastian Swan. Children can e-mail Sebastian and see their responses on a pin board.
